Getting Back into CrossFit After a Holiday



As summer is coming to its end, a lot of you will be finding it hard to get back into the gym after your vacations. We have gathered 5 tips to help you to get back on track with your fitness journeys.
1. Make sure you hydrate
Drinking lots of water will help cleanse your body of any toxins that may have built up during your holiday. It will also prep you for your training.
2. Set a routine and stick to it.
Make sure you book into a session and stick to it! Getting to the gym is half the problem.
3. Keep yourself motivated.
Set yourself some new goals. Whether this is a new PB, weight loss or just making it to a certain number of classes a week.
4. Make sure you rest!
Sleep is very important to help your body recover. Have at least one rest day a week. Your body will be sore if you haven’t trained for a while.
5. Get your diet on track.
Make a meal plan and stick to it.
